每天一杯手搖飲，會多喝下多少糖？

一般全糖手搖飲（700ml）糖量大約 45–70 公克，等於 9–14 顆方糖。

世界衛生組織（WHO）建議 成人每日糖攝取量應低於 25 公克，也就是 半杯手搖飲就超標。

血糖多久會出現問題？

短期（數分鐘到數小時）

喝下含糖飲料後，血糖會在 15–30 分鐘內快速上升。

胰島素分泌增加，短時間內可能覺得「精力充沛」，但很快會因血糖下降而感到疲倦、想再吃甜食。
