為什麼有人不運動也不太會胖？

1. 基因影響

有些人天生基因決定了他們的 基礎代謝率較高，即使靜止狀態下也會消耗更多能量。

部分基因與脂肪細胞的分布與大小有關，讓他們比較不容易囤積脂肪。

2. 基礎代謝率（BMR）差異

基礎代謝率佔一天總消耗的 60–70%，決定了「身體光是活著就會消耗多少熱量」。

高 BMR 的人，就算不運動也能比別人多消耗 200–300 大卡。
