為什麼天氣濕冷容易讓人關節痠痛？

一、氣壓變化影響關節

當天氣轉濕冷時，大氣壓力會下降。關節腔內原本就含有少量滑液和氣體，壓力變化會讓關節周圍的組織微微膨脹，進而刺激關節囊與神經末梢，造成不舒服或痠痛感。

二、低溫讓血液循環變差

天冷時血管會收縮，血液流速變慢，關節與肌肉的養分與氧氣供應減少，代謝廢物（如乳酸）也不易排出，就容易出現僵硬與酸痛。
