書寫日記的第365天，我發現自己變了

那天，我照慣例打開筆記本，寫下：「Day 365」。
我看著這串數字，忽然愣住。從什麼時候開始，日記不只是記錄，而變成了我與自己最深的對話？

一年。365天。無論天晴或下雨，開心或崩潰，我都寫下那天的自己。沒有華麗詞藻，只有最真實的情緒。有時只是一句話：「今天真的好累。」有時是一整頁的傾瀉，像是在對誰吶喊，又像在對自己妥協。

而就在寫完那一頁後，我突然意識到：我，真的變了。

我學會面對自己的情緒，而不是逃避
